Clipping agency, clipping marketplace or AI tool?

Three different products share the word "clipping". One runs the campaign for you, one gives you the clippers and the tracking, and one only cuts the video. Here is what each does, what it costs and who it suits.

Managed agency

You send the content and the goal; the agency cuts, distributes through its clippers, checks the views and reports. Lumina Clippers bills a performance CPM on verified views and reports 18B+ views through 62,900+ clippers. Clipping Culture publishes a price ladder from $15,000. FORKOFF agrees a target and a rate, about $0.003 per qualified view, and runs until the target is hit. Clipping Agency runs your Whop programme for you, from setup to payouts.

Best when: you have a budget from $5,000 up, no team to review clips, and you want one report you can match to your analytics.

Marketplace

You post the campaign, the budget and the per-view rate; clippers self-select, post, and are paid by the platform as views verify. clipping.net runs a live bounty board with 90,000+ clippers and reports $70M+ paid out. Content Rewards has a 1M+ creator network, pays automatically and flags inorganic views. Whop hosts clipping communities run by brands and agencies, with the largest pool.

Best when: you want control of the rate and the budget, you can review clips yourself, and you are comfortable setting the rules.

AI clipping tool

Software that finds the best moments in a long video and cuts them into vertical clips with captions. It solves editing, not distribution: you still have to post the clips, and views come from your own accounts. Useful alongside either of the other two, and the reason "podcast clipping" search results are half tools and half agencies.

Best when: you post on your own channels and want clips faster.

How to pick

  1. Do you need distribution or just editing? Editing only: a tool. Distribution: an agency or a marketplace.
  2. Can someone on your side review clips every day? No: an agency. Yes: a marketplace is cheaper per view.
  3. Is your budget under $5,000? Then a marketplace, or FORKOFF sized to a small target.
  4. Is your category blocked from paid ads? Casino and iGaming brands use clipping because organic clips need no ad approval; Casino Clippers is built for it.
  5. Do you want a published price before a call? Clipping Culture, FORKOFF and the marketplaces publish theirs. Lumina and its desks quote per campaign.

Then use the compare tool to put your two shortlisted options side by side.
