What we publish, and what we don't
Short version: write about your own experience, declare any connection, and it gets published, critical or not. Companies cannot edit or remove it.
Who can write a review
- A brand, artist, founder or agency that hired the company for a clipping campaign.
- A clipper the company paid, or should have paid, for posted clips.
One review per person per campaign. You can update a review while the relationship continues.
What a review needs
- An overall star rating and the sub-scores you can answer.
- At least 100 characters about what happened: views promised and delivered, how reporting worked, how and when you were paid.
- The campaign month, and for brands a budget band (or "prefer not to say").
- Two declarations: any connection to a listed company, and anything received for writing the review. A "yes" is shown as a label; it does not block publication.
Verification
Attach an invoice, contract, payout record or dashboard screenshot and the review earns the Verified client or Verified clipper label. Proof is seen only by moderators and is deleted after the check. Once verified, you can choose to be shown as "Verified client" instead of your name.
What we remove
- Reviews that are not about a real campaign or payout.
- Duplicates, and reviews written by the company about itself or a competitor without declaring it.
- Personal data about third parties, threats and abuse.
- Reviews that are shown to have been paid for or exchanged.
Being critical is not a reason for removal. One-star reviews that meet the rules are published like any other.
Corrections from companies
A company cannot edit, hide or remove a review. If it believes a fact in a review or on its profile is wrong, it can send a correction with a source through the contact page and we re-check it.
Timing
Reviews are checked and published within 48 hours, or the reviewer is told exactly why a review cannot be counted.
