What we collect, and why

How Clipping Company Reviews handles the information you share with it, from the reviews you write to the forms you send.

What we collect

• Reviews: the rating, text, campaign details, declarations and the name or alias you choose to show.
• Screenshots: the screenshot you attach, made smaller on your device before it is sent. It stays private while we check it. It may be shown on your published review; if not, it is deleted as soon as the review is approved or rejected.
• Contact messages: what you send through the contact form, with your name and email.
• Site usage: no analytics. Our host keeps standard server logs for security.

What we do with it

Publish reviews that pass the review guidelines, show the name or alias you chose, calculate scores, answer your messages and keep the site working. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share verification files with the companies being reviewed.

Your choices

• Ask for your review or your messages to be deleted through the contact page.
• Ask for a copy of the data we hold about you.

Cookies and local storage

We set no analytics or advertising cookies. The site stores nothing in your browser beyond what your browser itself caches to load pages faster. If that ever changes, this section will say exactly what is set and how to opt out.

If this policy changes, the change is noted here with the date it took effect.
